Email erik@laso-pep.com with your order number, the affected item and a description of the issue. Do not send a return until Laso provides written instructions.
Incorrect, damaged or missing items
Keep the outer packaging, labels and material container. Clear photographs help us review what was delivered and determine the appropriate next step.
Material condition
Research materials require attention to packaging integrity and handling. Eligibility for a return is assessed against the supplied condition and the terms disclosed for the order. Do not open a container solely to investigate a suspected shipping issue.
Resolution and refunds
Any authorized replacement or refund will be confirmed in writing. Where a refund is approved, processing follows the payment method used for the original order. Specific return periods and payment processing times will be disclosed before checkout opens.
