Delivery destination and service
The store is being prepared for the United States market. Before accepting an order, Laso will identify the available delivery service, destination eligibility, shipping charge and estimated dispatch timeframe.
Address accuracy
Review the destination address before confirming an order. If a correction is needed, contact erik@laso-pep.com with the order number as soon as possible. Changes after dispatch may not be available.
Tracking
When a shipment is booked, tracking details will be supplied with the order information. Use the Track Order page with your order number and billing email.
Delays, damage or missing items
If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, retain the packaging and contact Laso with the order number and clear photographs. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
